Apply for an ISAD Creative Department role, complete the personal statement, select your software proficiency, upload artwork, and submit your application directly to ISAD.

Associate Creative Lead

  • Leads Instagram content planning, captions, and post ideas.
  • Creates and reviews posts, stories, reels, and announcements.
  • Manages the content calendar and posting schedule.
  • Handles media outreach, partner communication, and announcements.
  • Reviews the Assistant Creative Lead’s work before posting.

Assistant Creative Lead

  • Supports with Instagram posts, stories, and simple graphics.
  • Collects images, links, and information for content.
  • Drafts short captions and basic announcements.
  • Helps organize scheduled posts.
  • Checks spelling, formatting, and consistency.

Please note that ISAD accepts applications once per semester. Any applications submitted before or after the designated application period will not be considered. Additional application periods may open during the semester only at the discretion of the branch head if additional recruitment is required. Such additional recruitment is not guaranteed.

To submit an application, individuals must provide a personal statement that fully addresses the questions outlined in the provided template. In addition, completing software proficiency and journal cover design is mandatory. Failure to submit the personal statement will result in the application being considered incomplete. Incomplete applications will be immediately dismissed, will not be reviewed, and will only be reconsidered in the next application cycle.

If any required documents are found to contain false statements, misrepresentations, or falsified information, the individual will be immediately removed from the application process or, if discovered during the semester, from the association.

Personal statement

Submit a 150–300 word personal statement addressing the questions below.

  • How have you used design, visual communication, content creation, or creative software in previous projects or activities?

Software proficiency

Select your level of proficiency for each software listed below. You may also include any additional software relevant to graphic design, content creation, or visual communication.

Artwork upload

Upload your completed journal cover design or example work. Image files will be inserted directly into the generated PDF. Multiple images are accepted.

Journal Cover Design

Please recreate your own version of the journal cover design for Fluoride Exposure and Enamel Stability, available on ISAD’s Instagram page (@isadentistry). Applicants should maintain the overall journal cover format, including the placement of the title, publication information, and general layout. However, applicants are encouraged to develop their own original background image, visual concept, and creative direction.

The use of generative AI is permitted and encouraged as part of the creative process.

Submit application

Create the password for your applicant portal. Your Creative Department application PDF, including your uploaded artwork, will be generated and submitted automatically.

After submission, your unique Applicant ID will appear on screen. Use that Applicant ID and this password to access your application portal.
