The applicant must confirm that the statement is original and written without artificial intelligence assistance.

  2. The content represents my original work, ideas, and expressions.
  3. No artificial intelligence tools were used to generate, paraphrase, rewrite, or modify any part of this statement.
  4. No assistance including editing, rewriting, or ghostwriting services, was used.
  5. All information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge.
  6. I acknowledge that if my submission is false, misleading, or AI generated, the application will not be considered and I may be prevented from applying in the future.
